RADER JACKSON
Rader Jackson has been actively practicing law with the same firm since 1958. His practice includes commercial and residential real estate law, expropriations, foreclosures, title examination, title insurance, real estate development financing, secured transactions, and commercial litigation. Mr. Jackson is directly and primarily responsible for the firm's banking/mortgage banking/servicing clients who are in need of foreclosure, deeds in lieu, bankruptcy, REO and related legal services.
He attended Tulane University earning his LL.B. in 1958. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, United States Federal Courts and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Louisiana and American Bar Associations. He is active in various professional, civic and social organizations.
